FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our L-O-V-E letter lights are 4 ft. tall and about 3 ft. wide. They truly make a profound, classy, and impactful statement at any event! For the MR & MRS cursive letter lights, the Ms and the & are also 4 ft. tall while the rest of the letters are somewhat smaller. Our numbers are 4 ft. tall and vary in width depending on the specific number. Each letter/number weighs between 40-75 pounds and has a flat surface bottom.

Our marquee letter lights plug into any regular 3-prong electrical outlet. We will bring a variety of extension cords to help get them powered on. Although each letter weighs a solid amount, we will anchor them down (either inside or outside) with custom stands and sandbags that lay behind the letters and are well-hidden. After the letters are all setup, we will power them on to your preferred color setting/scheme, and also provide you or the coordinator an informational document and tutorial on how to download the LED controlled app, how to connect through Bluetooth technology, and how to change the color or lighting effects if you wish to do so!

We check our marquee letter lights prior to each event and delivery. Both our sets of MR & MRS lights, our numbered lights, and one set of our L-O-V-E lights are outfitted with LED technology and have over 100,000 hours of lighting capability. We guarantee the lighting on these sets of lights or you will be fully refunded. We have one set of L-O-V-E lights that are outfitted with a soft white bulb option that do not change colors. We will keep extra bulbs on hand  just in case and also be available via phone to assist! We may also be close enough to your event to come in-person to fix anything that might go wrong, but we work proactively to make sure your lights are working without any hiccups.

Our marquee letter lights can be operated outdoors, but are not fit for and should not be operated in the rain, in areas or times of excessive wind, or during any other times of inclement weather conditions that might cause damages. We advise all of our clients to have a solid Plan B if the weather looks iffy on your event day. If Simply Marquee arrives for a delivery and the weather is unfit or forecasted to be unsuitable, we will call you or your contact person to discuss options.

Our marquee letter lights are quite large and are meant to be floor/ground standing. In the event you would like them raised for your event, we do not supply pedestals or tables. We will work with you to decide if the options available are appropriate to fulfill your request.
